Refunds & Returns Policy

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to seek a refund if the product is faulty. 

Belle Femme Products Australia reserves the right to amend their Refunds & Returns Policy, and other Policies at any time; notices of changes will be published on our website. We advise you to frequently visit our website and review our Terms and Conditions as they may change from time to time.

We reserve the right, with or without notice to cancel or reduce the supply of any Product if we are of the view that the product may interfere with our Terms and Conditions.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and not offer a refund or returns card. 

Belle Femme Products Australia reserves the right to retain legal ownership of any Products until payment has been received in full. Legal ownership of Products will revert to us in the event that a refund is required.

If it is identified that there is no fault with the product or that the product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use or abuse, Belle Femme Products Australia may require you to reimburse us for any costs that we may have incurred, including product assessment fees imposed on us by the manufacturer and the cost of transport of the products. 

Once purchased, Products should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. High temperatures or direct sunlight may cause the products to melt or discolour. 

Belle Femme Products AUstralia accepts no liability for damage to Products once in possession of the consumer. 

As with all new products, it is advisable to test on a small area of skin before main use. Some essential oils contain potential allergens that may cause adverse reactions in some individuals. These are clearly stated on the manufacturer's website and the product labelling in accordance with current Australian regulations. If a customer has a known sensitivity to an ingredient or allergen, it is their responsibility to check the ingredients list of the product prior to purchase.

As each of our products are handmade, the final manufactured product may vary slightly in colour, scent, size or finish than the sample received.

We will not provide you with a refund if: -

  • You have had a change of mind.
  • You no longer require the quantity ordered.
  • The product colours vary slightly from the images online.
  • The product has been damaged after acceptance of goods.
  • The product has been used.
  • The product has been left in an environment that can cause the product to melt or discolour.

    If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact Belle Femme Products Australia directly. We will endeavour to amend any issues with our product, or provide a refund should the product not perform as expected.
