Refunds and Returns Policy

You have 7 business days from receipt of the delivery of the product/s to seek a refund if the product/s is/are deemed faulty. 

Belle Femme Products Australia reserves the right to amend their Refunds & Returns Policy, and other policies at anytime. Notices of changes will be published on our website. We advise you to frequently visit this page and review our Terms and Conditions as they may change from time to time. 

We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the supply of any product if we are of the view that the product may interfere with our Terms and Conditions. 

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to replace only and not offer a refund or returns card. 

Belle Femme Products Australia accepts no liability for damage to products once in possession of the customer. Belle Femme Products Australia will not be held responsible for the changes in the quality of the products after the products have been delivered. Should the quality of the products diminish after delivery has taken place due to not being stored or used correctly, being damaged by the recipient or for any other reason beyond the control of Belle Femme Products Australia, replacement of the products will be granted only after a further payment for the total costs for the products damaged has been received by Belle Femme Products Australia. This may also incur a $5 delivery fee if the customer is local, or the standard delivery fee charged by Australia Post will be incurred and this fee will be passed onto the customer and must be paid for prior to delivery.

If it identified that there is no fault with the product or that the product has been damaged through misuse, abnormal use or abuse, Belle Femme Products Australia may require you to reimburse us for any costs that may be incurred, including a product assessment fee, administrative fee imposed on us and the cost of transportation of the products. 

Once purchased, products should be stored in a cool, dry environment out of direct sunlight and not with heavy objects placed on top of them. Products should not be placed near flames or heat.

Belle Femme Products Australia will not provide you with a refund if: 

·    You have had a change of mind;

·    You no longer require the quantity ordered;

·    The product has been damaged after acceptance of goods;

·    The product has already been used; 

·    The product is not exactly the same as the image on the website; our products are handmade so they will not be the same          each time; 

·    The product has been left in an environment that can cause it to decompose, discolour or be damaged.
